Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us at Superglide. To that extent all products are inspected before delivery and we only use our own transport, thus we can virtually eliminate damage to products. We have strived to make this website as user friendly as possible, you will find plenty of photographs in our gallery area most of which have been made by ourselves and installed by our fitters. Please note WE DO NOT PRODUCE A BROCHURE our gallery offers up to the minuite images and all can be enlarged by clicking on the thumbnails. We believe this gives far more information than would normally be shown in any cost effective brochure. Please call us between 8.30 & 5.30 pm Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm Saturdays.
Placing Orders
Please check carefully what you are ordering before submitting your order. When we receive your order we will email you back with a confirmation within 24 hours, check the details carefully if there are any errors you must inform us immediately. In many cases it is not possible to alter doors once made so it is imperative that you check our confirmation carefully.
Payment
Most of our goods can be purchased online, simply follow the links from the order page. We accept all major Credit/Debit cards. In the case of some items which cannot be ordered online ( primarily our 'Millenium Doors') please call us to arrange payment and to give specific details of your order.
Additional Costs
There are no additional costs, Delivery and VAT at the current rate are included in the price you see at the checkout
Delivery Schedule
We aim to complete all deliveries within 30 days of receiving your order. It is usual to receive your order sooner than this, however, the delivery time shall not form the essence of any contract. If we are unable to complete your delivery, or part delivery within the 30 days we will contact you and discuss the options and take further instructions from you. If you decide to cancel at that stage a full refund will be given.
Deliveries. We will contact clients prior to delivery, we usually give a minimum of two or three days notice, longer if possible.
Deliveries are made via our own vehicles, we have only one operator per vehicle. Some of the items are bulky and/ or heavy you will need to have adequate persons available to off load your goods. We deliver only to the level where our van can park. Under no circumstances will we carry upstairs or through your house/apartment etc. We regret having to impose this rule but previous experience dictates our policy. Please ensure that any goods purchased from us will go upstairs, around corners, over stair newel posts etc etc. We are not liable for any items that cannot reach the desired area due to size.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All products carry a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your order. A full refund will be given for all items returned in original packaging, unopened and in re-saleable condition. Your money will be refunded within 30 days of return. Return carriage costs cannot be refunded. Please note this applies to all products offered on our web site, except made to measure and bespoke items. This applies to kitchen/bedroom doors drilled for hinges.
Faulty goods
In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) you are allowed a reasonable amount of time to establish that the goods are in conformity with the contract. If the goods are rejected because they do not conform with the contract and we are unable to repair or replace the product you are entitled to a full refund. After this period up to 12 months from the purchase date if any product is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects we will arrange repair or replacement of the faulty item at our discretion. Sliding door running gear carries a 5 year warranty, should any wheels or guides fail we will send replacements free of charge.

Returns Policy
Please contact us first before returning any goods. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and in original packaging, unopened and in re-saleable condition. Your money will be refunded within 30 days. Please note this applies to all products available on our website except made to measure and items worked on for customers (e.g. doors drilled for hinges etc.) we are unable to accept any returns of these items. Mirrors and Glass, Please check any Mirror Doors or Glass doors immediately on delivery, under no circumstances can we accept claims for damage or broken glass once accepted by you.
